A leading pharmaceutical company based in Italy is looking for a PMO/Facility Expert to oversee the development and implementation of investment projects focused on HVAC and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing renovations and energy systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple external teams. This position offers an open-ended contract and a competitive salary within the range of €34,000 - €40,000, alongside various company benefits.

Working with other departments and external partners, you will oversee the development and implementation of investment projects in the non-industrial sector: offices, common areas, outdoor areas, with a focus on air conditioning systems and related mechanical and technical aspects.
