A global company in Cordenons is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee HR operations in Production Sites. The role involves managing employee relations, supporting key HR initiatives, and negotiating with Trade Unions. Candidates should have 2+ years of HRBP experience in a production environment, strong organizational and relational skills, and be fluent in English. This position offers an opportunity to facilitate transformational journeys and improve employee experiences.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in HR functions as HRBP in a production site.
• Experience in managing relationships with Trade Unions.
• Ability to coordinate priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day HR topics for Production Sites.
• Act as an employee champion and change agent.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with local Trade Union.
• Advise on Employee Relations and HR matters.
• Improve work relationships and employee engagement.
• Manage selection processes end to end.
• Support rewards process implementation.
• Ensure training and projects implementation.
