Overview

Our client is a leading multinational group operating in the automotive sector. We are looking for the: PLANT HR MANAGER (AUTOMOTIVE) that will be responsible to develop and to implement HR strategies and plans that are aligned and integrated with the business and overall organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Work closely with management to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes. Actively coach managers in people management practices
  • Manage and monitor HR processes: employee relations, implementation of organizational design, Talent & Performance, Culture & Engagement agendas, programs and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment related laws and regulations; support rollout of compliance initiatives and provide counsel to management in regards to local employment law and legislation changes.
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual career coaching needs.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve processes, employee engagement and policy alignment across the business.
Qualifications
  • progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including staffing, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English
