We’re building the future of digital lending — simple, fast, and tailored to real business needs and now we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us accelerate that vision.

Why this role matters

This is not just “a role” — it’s the first marketing hire at Qomodo, reporting directly to the Head of Sales and working directly with our founders.

You’ll be in charge of building and scaling our performance marketing engine from the ground up, with a direct and measurable impact on revenue and acquisition. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Risk to align growth efforts with business priorities.

What you’ll do

  • Own our entire paid acquisition strategy across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, and others)
  • Design and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads and support the sales pipeline
  • Build reporting frameworks to track performance, optimize CAC, and scale ROAS
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Risk, and Product to align growth levers
  • Define and grow the marketing tech stack as we scale
  • Test new channels, creatives, and targeting strategies with a growth mindset
  • Contribute to Qomodo’s go-to-market strategy and expansion roadmap
  • Gets your hands dirty, building and monitoring campaigns by your self and if successful build up a team around you

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing , ideally in a fast-scaling B2B or fintech company
  • You’ve successfully launched and scaled campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and more
  • You’ve worked in a company with 15+ mlns in ARR and understand the playbook to grow further
  • You’re data-driven , autonomous, and comfortable owning aggressive KPIs
  • You know how to work cross-functionally , and enjoy aligning Marketing closely with Sales
  • Experience in fintech is a strong plus

Offer :

  • 55-70K (range) but salary will be based on experience
