You will assist private customers and ensure a positive experience while identifying upsell opportunities. This position offers accommodation for eligible candidates relocating. Salary Package (Monthly Total Gross)

• With Accommodation: 1050
• Without Accommodation: 1251

Accommodation option: Fully equipped shared apartment with utilities included. Available only to candidates relocating from 100 km+ away.

Benefits

• Meal Allowance: 7 per working day (meal card, tax-free).
• Health Insurance: From day one of the employment contract.
• Training: 15 working days of paid training (compensated upon successful completion).

What You Will Do

• Fluent Italian (written & spoken).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, retail, customer‑facing sales, telesales, etc.).
• Strong communication & problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lisbon.
• EU passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible visa.

Location & Schedule

• On‑site position in Lisbon.
• Rotative shifts between 06:00-22:00, Monday to Sunday.
• 40h/week (8h/day + 1h break).
