• Esperienza pregressa, anche minima, in assistenza domiciliare o strutture socio-sanitarie.

Medicasa, leader in home care assistance, is looking for motivated and qualified Social Health Operators (OSS) to expand its team in Milan and surrounding areas. If you are an empathetic person, attentive to the needs of others and want to make a difference in patients' lives, Medicasa offers you the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing reality.

Reference districts: Area Ovest, Quartu Parteolla and Interland di Cagliari

• Provide direct assistance and support in daily activities to fragile people in their homes (personal hygiene, dressing, mobilization, feeding).
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (nurses, physiotherapists, doctors) to ensure complete and personalized assistance.
• Report any changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare staff.
• Offer emotional and relational support to the patient and their family.
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable domestic environment.

Are you a MATCH?

Attained Professional Qualification of Social Health Operator (OSS) recognized.

Prior experience, even minimal, in home care or social health facilities.

Excellent relational and communication skills.

Empathy, patience and sensitivity towards patients' needs.
