Dematic is hiring an Order Manager to support general business operations by handling administrative tasks and ensuring accurate order processing. You will collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and sales to optimize order flow and delivery performance.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills, plus several years of experience in order fulfillment and SAP-based processes. Italian and English proficiency are expected.

Mansioni

• Cross functional support to manufacturing and logistics teams to verify stock and timely order release.
• Contribute to MFG performance data collection for KPIs like On Time Delivery and Order changes.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be 34.125 € - 50.000 € at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Tasks :

• Collect, process and report customer orders input, verifying accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate info records of order transactions and consequent customer interactions.
• Analyze Production order data to identify trends, patterns, and put in evidence constrains and address actions for resolution / improvement like product availability or delivery delays.
• Cross Functional support to manufacturing and logistics teams in check stock availability, Order release ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• MFG performance data collection for periodical Key Performance Indicators reporting (On Time Delivery, Quality, Orders Changes, Volumes, ...).
• Collaborate with other stakeholders (Project management, Sales, Customer Service and Supply chain teams) to improve order process.

Requirements :

• Good ability to interact with different professional levels.
• Ability to work in a group, make proactive suggestions in support of the daily business as well as further improvement initiatives.
• Problem solving approach.
• Two/Theee years of experience in professional rule specializes in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of Customer orders in operational contest.
• SAP Sales Order reports and Order confirmation, like also relative Material Master data setting.
• Italian and English language are mandatory.
• High School or University degree(s) required
