Dematic is seeking an Order Manager in Italy to support order processing and cross-functional operations. You will input and verify customer orders, maintain transaction records, and work with manufacturing and logistics to ensure timely picking and shipping.

The role requires 2–3 years of order fulfillment experience, SAP reporting proficiency, and fluency in Italian and English. Join a global team delivering automation and software solutions for intralogistics.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience in accurate order fulfillment and administration.
• Experience with SAP Sales Order reports and order confirmations.
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Input, process and report customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain records of order transactions and customer interactions.
• Analyze production order data to identify constraints and drive improvements like availability or delays.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to verify stock, release orders, and ensure on-time picking, packing and shipping.
• Collect data for KPI reporting (OTD, quality, order changes, volumes).
• Collaborate with project management, sales, customer service and supply chain teams to improve order processes.
