Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Order Manager to support general business operations and coordinate order processing across manufacturing and logistics teams in Lombardy, Italy.

You will collect and validate orders, maintain transaction records, and analyze production data to improve order performance, delivery times, and customer satisfaction. Strong SAP order capabilities and bilingual skills are required.

Qualifications

• Two/Three years of experience in fulfilling customer orders in an operational setting.
• Proficient in Italian and English (mandatory).
• Proficient with SAP Sales Order reports and Order confirmations; related Material Master data settings.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process and report customer orders with accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of order transactions and customer interactions.
• Analyze production order data to identify trends and address constraints for resolution.
• Provide cross-functional support to manufacturing and logistics to ensure stock availability and timely order release.
• Support KPI reporting (On Time Delivery, Quality, Order changes, Volumes).
• Collaborate with project management, sales, customer service and supply chain teams to improve order processes.

Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.Tasks and Qualifications:Tasks :Collect, process and report customer orders input, verifying accuracy and completeness.Maintain accurate info records of order transactions and consequent customer interactions.Analyze Production order data to identify trends, patterns, and put in evidence constrains and address actions for resolution / improvement like product availability or delivery delays.Cross Functional support to manufacturing and logistics teams in check stock availability, Order release ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.MFG performance data collection for periodical Key Performance Indicators reporting (On Time Delivery, Quality, Orders Changes, Volumes, ...).Collaborate with other stakeholders (Project management, Sales, Customer Service and Supply chain teams) to improve order process.Requirements :Good ability to interact with different professional levels.Ability to work in a group, make proactive suggestions in support of the daily business as well as further improvement initiatives.Problem solving approach.Two/Theee years of experience in professional rule specializes in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of Customer orders in operational contest.SAP Sales Order reports and Order confirmation, like also relative Material Master data setting.Italian and English language are mandatory.High School or University degree(s) required
