Haier Europe is offering an exciting opportunity for an Order Management Intern in Brugherio, Italy. The intern will support the Order Management team, coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient order processing and delivery. Candidates should be students or recent graduates in Engineering or similar fields and fluent in both Italian and English. Benefits include an initial 6-month paid internship, an 800 euro stipend, a company computer, a free company canteen, and smart working options.

Competenze

• Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent knowledge of Office Package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Support the Order Management team in processing and tracking customer orders.

Responsibilities

As Order Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to get a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will become accountable and manage in this role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your daily activities and develop valuable skills in a dynamic and agile team. You will play a key role in supporting the manager to ensure a seamless and efficient flow of goods and materials across the organization. From inventory management to transportation and warehouse coordination, you’ll help optimize logistics operations and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the Order Management team in processing and tracking customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. Sales, Logistics, Warehouse) to guarantee timely and successful deliveries
• Assist in resolving order-related issues or discrepancies with a problem-solving mindset
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain detailed records of order transactions
• Contribute to process optimization projects aimed at improving operational performance and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Student or neo graduate in Engineering or similar fields
• Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel and Power Point)
