Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Order Manager to support general business operations by providing administrative order processing and cross-functional coordination. The role emphasizes accurate order entry, data integrity, and collaboration with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in order fulfillment, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in fulfilling customer orders in an operational environment.
• Experience with SAP Sales Order reports and order confirmations.
• Italian and English languages are mandatory.
• High school or university degree(s) required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process and report customer orders input, verifying accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate info records of order transactions and interactions with customers.
• Analyze production order data to identify trends and address constraints for resolution/improvement.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics to ensure stock availability, order release, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Collect manufacturing performance data for KPI reporting (On Time Delivery, Quality, Order changes).
• Collaborate with Project Management, Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to improve order processes.
