Dematic is seeking an Order Manager in Italy to support order processing and cross-functional operations. You will input and verify customer orders, maintain transaction records, and work with manufacturing and logistics to ensure timely picking and shipping.

The role requires 2–3 years of order fulfillment experience, SAP reporting proficiency, and fluency in Italian and English. Join a global team delivering automation and software solutions for intralogistics.

Maintain accurate info records of order transactions and consequent customer interactions. Analyze Production order data to identify trends, patterns, and put in evidence constrains and address actions for resolution / improvement like product availability or delivery delays. Cross Functional support to manufacturing and logistics teams in check stock availability, Order release ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders. MFG performance data collection for periodical Key Performance Indicators reporting (On Time Delivery, Quality, Orders Changes, Volumes, ...). Collaborate with other stakeholders (Project management, Sales, Customer Service and Supply chain teams) to improve order process. Requirements : Good ability to interact with different professional levels. Ability to work in a group, make proactive suggestions in support of the daily business as well as further improvement initiatives. Problem solving approach. Two/Theee years of experience in professional rule specialists in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of Customer orders in operational contest. SAP Sales Order reports and Order confirmation, like also relative Material Master data setting. Italian and English language are mandatory.
