Our IET team provides industry‑leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team is responsible for the manufacturing of high‑quality and innovative products.

Work on hands‑on projects. As an Operator Specialist, you will help support the manufacturing of our components in the Talamona Diaphragm line. You will be part of a collaborative team that completes operation according to manufacturing router, instructions and schemes, respecting BH quality pillars.

Responsibilities

• Operating and troubleshooting production machines to ensure reliability, safety and delivery
• Performing and recording measurements during manufacturing and inspection process to ensure information is documented
• Assisting with activities and projects to ensure successful completion
• Following operational, security and safety policies to ensure internal company compliance

Qualifications

• Have proven experience of operating machining equipment such as mills.
• Be eligible for Apprenticeship contract
• Demonstrate excellent experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Have a proficient understanding of IT such as using Microsoft Office packages
• Be a team player and display good communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
• Show good analytical skills and an aptitude for problem solving
