Job summary

Amazon Italia Transport Srl is seeking an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern for 6 months in 2027. This role immerses you in HR within a global organisation and connects you with teams across countries, focusing on training, analytics, and employee relations.

You will support attendance, engagement, and compensation queries while helping with process improvements, under a mentoring program with onboarding days and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in Italian and English at C1 level or above.
• Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university bachelor's or master's in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or a related field.
• Mandatory to sign a learning agreement with student's University.
• Available for a full‑time internship (max 40 hours/week) for 3 to 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast‑paced operations.
• Assist with internal communication efforts to align teams across multiple countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials for various teams and employee growth.
• Learn HR functions across the broader Amazon organization and keep up‑to‑date on best practices.
• Provide support to employees on daily queries related to attendance, engagement, and compensation.
• Assist HR teams with day‑to‑day operational routines and administrative tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
