Amazon is offering an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern (6 Months) in Italy to gain hands-on experience across HR functions in a global operations environment. You will work closely with teams across countries, supporting attendance, engagement, and compensation inquiries while helping design training plans and materials for employee growth.

The program emphasizes action, responsibility, and growth, with mentoring and opportunities to learn about HR across Amazon.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level or above)
• Penultimate or final year pursuing a university bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field
• Available for a full-time internship (max 40 hours/week) and 3–6 months
• Must be able to sign a learning agreement with the university

Mansioni

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations
• Assist with internal communications to align teams across multiple countries
• Help develop training plans and materials for growing employees
• Learn HR functions across the broader Amazon organization and stay updated on best practices
• Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR matters
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day routines and administrative tasks
• Participate in process reviews to identify simplifications and automation opportunities
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and evaluations for decision making
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals
