Amazon is offering an Operations HR Intern programme in Italy. You will gain exposure to HR functions within a global operations framework, supporting attendance, engagement, and compensation queries while collaborating on training and analytics projects.

You’ll receive mentorship, structured learning sessions, and opportunities for future graduate roles after completion. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with a full-time, 40-hour work week for 3–6 months.

Competenze

• Speak, write, and read fluently in Italian and English at C1 level or above.
• Currently in your penultimate or final year pursuing a university degree in HR or related field.
• Mandatory to be able to sign a learning agreement with your University.
• Available for a full-time internship (max 40 hours/week) and 3–6 month commitment.

Mansioni

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assist with internal communications to align teams across multiple countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials for employee growth.
• Learn HR functions across Amazon and stay up-to-date on best practices.
• Provide support to Amazon employees on attendance, engagement, compensation and other HR matters.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operational routines and admin tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field
