Job summary

Amazon is offering an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern program in Italy, starting in 2027 with a full-time commitment up to 6 months. You will gain hands-on HR experience across a global operation, collaborating with teams in multiple countries and contributing to training, communication, and workforce analytics.

You will work with a dedicated mentor, engage in actionable projects, and potentially move into a graduate role after completion.

Qualifications

Fluent in Italian and English (C1+)
Penultimate or final year in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field
Mandatory to sign a learning agreement with university
Available for a full-time internship (up to 40 hours/week) for 3–6 months

Responsibilities

Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations
Assist with internal communications across countries to promote collaboration
Help develop training plans and materials for teams
Learn HR functions across Amazon and stay updated on best practices
Support employees on attendance, engagement, and compensation questions
Assist HR with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks; identify improvements
Compile personnel statistics, reports, and evaluations to inform decisions
Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with goals
