Job summary

Amazon Italy is offering an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern position for a 6-month program beginning in 2027. You will work within a fast-paced HR function, collaborating with teams across countries to design, implement and improve processes that connect people, products and places.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with employee relations, training, compensation, analytics, and workforce planning. The role includes a dedicated mentor, learning sessions, and opportunities to contribute

Qualifications

Fluent in Italian and English (C1 or above).
Enrolled in penultimate or final year of university in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.
Must be able to sign a learning agreement with university.
Available for a full-time internship (up to 40 hours/week) for 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
Assist with internal communications across countries to promote collaboration.
Help develop training plans and materials to address development needs.
Learn about HR across the broader Amazon organization and stay updated on best practices.
Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and HR matters.
Assist HR teams with day-to-day operations and admin tasks.
Participate in process reviews to identify simplifications and automation opportunities.
Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
