Amazon is offering an Operations HR Intern position in Italy, with a focus on gaining hands‑on experience across HR areas—from employee relations to compensation and analytics. You will work under a mentor, collaborating with teams across countries to support growth and operational excellence.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English (C1+), enrollment in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program in HR or related fields, and availability for full‑time internship (40 hours/week) for 3–6 months.

Competenze

• Speak, write, and read fluently in Italian and English at C1 level or above.
• Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university bachelor's or master's in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or a related field.
• Available for a full-time internship (maximum 40 hours/week) and commit to 3 to 6 month internship maximum.
• Mandatory to be able to sign a learning agreement with students' University

Mansioni

• Develop knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations and support internal communication across countries.
• Assist with training plans, materials, and employee growth initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day HR support including attendance, engagement, compensation, and queries.
• Contribute to process reviews, data reporting, and HR analytics to drive improvements.
