Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking an Operations HR Intern to gain hands-on experience across HR functions in a global logistics environment. You will support employee relations, training, and workforce analytics while working closely with operations leaders.

You'll engage in data-driven projects, interact with teams across Italy, and contribute to ongoing process improvements as part of a structured internship program with mentoring and development opportunities.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English at C1 level or above.
• Penultimate or final year in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.
• Must be able to sign a learning agreement with university.
• Available for full-time internship (up to 40 hours/week) and 3–6 month duration.

Mansioni

• Develop knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist internal communications across countries to promote collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials for teams.
• Learn HR functions across Amazon and stay updated on best practices.
• Support employees with daily HR queries (attendance, engagement, compensation).
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operations and admin tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to drive efficiency improvements.
• Prepare personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
