Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is offering an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern program based in Italy.

You will explore HR functions across a global organisation, work on employee relations, training, compensation, and workforce analytics, and support operations leaders on a variety of HR initiatives. This internship requires fluent Italian and English at C1 level, enrollment in a penultimate or final year program, and the ability to sign a learning agreement with your university.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian and English at C1 level or above.
• Penultimate or final year student working toward a university bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.
• Must be able to sign a learning agreement with the university.
• Available for a full-time internship (up to 40 hours/week) and a 3–6 month duration.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist with internal communications to align teams across countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials for evolving development needs.
• Learn HR practices across Amazon and stay updated on best practices.
• Support employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and HR queries.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operations and admin tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify simplifications and automation opportunities.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
