Amazon's Operations HR Partner Intern program offers hands-on HR experience within a global operations setting. You will work closely with teams across countries, supporting employee growth and process improvements while learning how HR partners with the business.

The role is a 6-month internship in Italy, requiring fluency in Italian and English, and the ability to sign a learning agreement. A mentoring program and structured development opportunities accompany a competitive monthly salary and

Competenze

Fluent in Italian and English at C1 level or above.
Penultimate or final year in a relevant field (HR, Business, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law).
Must be able to sign a learning agreement with university.
Available for a full-time internship (max 40 hours/week) for 3–6 months.

Mansioni

Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
Assist with internal communications across multiple countries to promote collaboration.
Help develop training plans and materials for diverse teams.
Learn HR functions across the broader Amazon organization and stay updated on best practices.
Provide employee query support on attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR matters.
Assist HR teams with day-to-day operations and admin tasks.
Participate in process reviews to identify simplifications and automation opportunities.
Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
