Amazon Italia Transport Srl in Spilamberto, Italy, invites applications for an Operations HR Partner Intern role. You will immerse in HR within a global organization, supporting attendance, engagement, compensation queries, and training initiatives across teams.

You’ll work with a mentor, develop analytics skills, and explore employee relations and workforce projects. A full‑time 40h/week commitment is required for 3–6 months, with a strong focus on growth and learning.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English at C1 level or above.
• Currently in your penultimate or final year and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.

Mansioni

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist internal communications to align teams across countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials for developing teams.
