Operation Performance Manager
JOB LOCATION: MILANO
JOB SUMMARY

Within Global Operations (COO), the Performance and Productivity Team optimizes financial and performance management across 50+ business units and 17,000 FTE. We drive strategic planning, efficiency improvements, and data-driven insights to achieve organizational goals. As Operations Performance Manager, you'll lead a team delivering automated, harmonized reporting across your assigned region. You'll leverage AI and advanced analytics to transform complex data into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement and strategic decision‑making.

WHAT YOU DO
  • Deliver timely, high-quality reports (internal & external) within budget
  • Drive automation and harmonization using AI‑powered tools and global best practices
  • Implement context‑driven reporting with deep analytics across all organizational layers
  • Build high‑performing teams fostering trust, innovation, and technical excellence
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration for data integration and strategic initiatives
  • Design advanced reports meeting stakeholder needs using AI and BI technologies
  • Support planning and forecasting with comprehensive performance data and predictive simulations
  • Develop and track KPIs measuring reporting effectiveness
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance
  • Champion adoption of emerging AI/ML technologies to enhance reporting capabilities
  • Communicate complex insights effectively to drive informed decision‑making
  • Provide training to elevate team capabilities in AI‑driven analytics
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 5+ years in Operations, Finance, IT, consulting, or analytics with strong affinity for AI and emerging technologies
  • Proven leadership experience (formal or project‑based)
  • Passion for AI, data analytics, and automation—translating insights into action
  • Advanced Excel (VBA) and BI tools expertise; programming skills (Python, SQL) preferred
  • Technical proficiency with databases, process systems, and AI/ML applications
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure complex problems
  • Change management skills and excellent communication in global, multicultural environments
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, PowerBI, SAP BO, or similar platforms
  • Fluent English; additional languages a plus
