Job summary

Viva.com, a leading European fintech, is seeking a Direct Representatives team member to promote services and support merchants on-field. You will visit clients, assist with verification and activation, monitor portfolio performance, and provide in-person consultations.

Fluency in English and Italian is required, with 2+ years in business development. Expect a dynamic, international fintech environment and opportunities to travel to industry events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably financial services.
• Strong negotiation, CRM, and client-management skills.
• Excellent organizational and diary management abilities; tech-minded.

Responsibilities

• Promote Viva.com services by visiting clients’ premises and providing on-site activation support.
• Assist merchants with verification and activation processes and monitor portfolio performance.
• Provide in-person consultation, present product features, and travel to meet clients.
• Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond the team’s resolution scope.
