Viva.com, Europe’s 1st Tech Bank for Businesses, seeks a Direct Representatives Team member to promote payments services and support E-commerce merchants across Europe. You will actively engage clients, travel to meet them, and assist with onboarding and integration of our e-commerce solutions.

The role emphasizes active portfolio management, collaboration with internal teams, and a strong foundation in CRM, English and Italian language skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of business development experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably financial services.
• 2+ years of E-Commerce experience in the payment sector.
• Understanding of financial products/services features is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with key stakeholders (C-Level, operators, partners).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle objections and work with a diverse client base.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Aufgaben

• Present Viva.com’s omnichannel payment solutions to clients and guide implementation.
• Visit clients on-site and digitally to support both physical and online merchants.
• Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Assist merchants with verification and activation processes (KYC).
• Scope and support merchants in integrating e-commerce solutions (plugins/APIs).
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance and support active usage.
• Escalate issues by opening cases and coordinate with internal teams to improve merchant experience.
