An international IT services company is seeking a proactive IT Technician to provide onsite technical support in Castel Maggiore. The role includes resolving hardware and software issues, supporting end users, and maintaining IT inventories. Candidates should have over 2 years of experience in desktop support and be fluent in both English and Italian. The position offers a 1-year fixed-term contract with possibilities for permanence.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in desktop support.
• Technical knowledge of standard business software and systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Mansioni

• Provide deskside support and resolve incidents.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Document resolutions to issues and maintain inventories.

Conoscenze

2+ years of experience as a desktop support technician

Technical knowledge of Windows, MS Office 365, Outlook, Apple iOS

Familiar with ticketing systems

Experience in OS, Apps, and H/W installation and troubleshooting

Experience with imaging tools like SCCM, MDT

Knowledge of Mac OS/Apple iOS

Good English and Italian language skills
