Job summary

LIXIL, including GROHE, seeks an IT Onsite Specialist for Italy & Adria to support regional IT operations, ensure secure IT services, and contribute to projects shaping the business. You will work with cross-functional teams across Europe and drive automation and new tech adoption.

Based in Lombardia, this hybrid role involves collaboration with stakeholders and occasional travel to Adria. Strong IT background and multilingual communication are valued.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years IT support experience, ideally in international environment.
• Experience providing 2nd-level support and handling tickets.
• Experience working on global or regional IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, MS Analysis Services, Google BigQuery, Intune, Apple Business Manager, Cisco CM/CCX and SAP.
• Hands-on with EDI processes, logistics apps, access control systems, and network maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI integrations, order processing, and logistics systems incl. GOL.
• Support revenue management applications for OOH and Agent channels.
• Manage data cubes using MS Analysis Services; develop SQL queries for reporting.
• Provide second-level IT support via the ticketing system; resolve incidents.
• Set up live audiovisual support for meetings, conferences, and events.
• Maintain IT security/compliance and perform preventive maintenance.
