Job summary

LIXIL's GROHE division in Milan, Italy is seeking an IT Onsite Specialist for Italy & Adria to ensure reliable IT services, support regional operations, and contribute to automation and security initiatives.

Based in Milan with hybrid work and occasional travel to Adria, you will manage business applications, data, infrastructure, and user support, engaging with stakeholders across Europe to improve efficiency and digital workflows.

Qualifications

5–8 years of IT support experience in an international environment.
Experience providing second-level support and using ticketing systems.
Experience working on global or regional IT projects.
Hands-on knowledge of data and IT infrastructure concepts (SQL, EDI, security).

Responsibilities

Provide second-level technical support and manage requests via ticketing system.
Set up live audiovisual support for meetings and events.
Maintain IT infrastructure, devices, networks, backups, and security.
Coordinate with regional and global teams on IT projects and initiatives.
