Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist in Italy to deliver premium on-site and remote assistance. You will manage complex incidents, patch deployment, master image updates, and scripting for automated installs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 pack, Windows OS, DOS and VBS.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Windows Server, E-mail systems, SharePoint.
• Knowledge of iOS devices (iPhone/iPad).
• MS certifications preferable; ITIL certification desirable.
• Experience with transition phases and security/backup tooling.
• Advanced virtualization, networking and telecommunications knowledge.
• Active Directory, user profiles, security groups, permissions in Windows.
• Knowledge of connectivity technologies (ADSL, UMTS, ISDN, WiFi).
• Interest in AI and using internal SAI Library tools.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex issues and provide sustainable solutions to prevent incidents.
• Assist 1st/2nd line support with escalated requests.
• Deploy patches to client machines in collaboration with the client.
• Validate and implement updates to master image and new machines.
• Assist iOS device issues and perform network issue diagnosis.
• Test and document changes; maintain postmaster scripts for app installs.
• Create and maintain scripts to automate app installations.
• Provide 3rd level support for system architecture and maintenance.
