Intuition IT – Intuitive Technology Recruitment is seeking an Onsite Support Services Engineer to provide hands-on IT support at the Carrier site in Legnago, Italy. The role requires 3-5 years of IT support experience, with strong expertise in Service Desk, End User Services, Field Services, and Onsite IT Support.

The role demands excellent communication in English and native Italian, along with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and workplace

Competenze

• 3–5 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Service Desk, End User Services, Field Services, Onsite IT Support.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite IT support to end users at the Carrier facility.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and peripheral issues.
• Deliver Service Desk and End User Computing support.
• Perform desktop/laptop installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Support printers, monitors and mobile devices.
