China Mobile International Limited cerca un professionista IT/telecom per supportare il team tecnico nella delivery di progetti ICT. La posizione prevede la gestione di consegna progetti ai clienti entro tempi e budget, attività di post‑vendita e coordinamento con partner europei per attivazione e test degli ordini, lavorando in un contesto internazionale.

Requisiti includono laurea in telecomunicazioni o informatica, prima esperienza in IT & telecom delivery, conoscenze IP, routing e switching,

Competenze

• Laurea triennale o superiore in telecomunicazioni o ingegneria informatica.
• Esperienza iniziale in IT e telecom delivery.
• Conoscenze IP: design e configurazione di rete, routing e switching, WAN/LAN, WiFi, NAS, firewall, cloud, storage.
• Ottime capacità di lavoro in team globale virtuale, gestione progetti e comunicazione.
• Capacità di adattarsi a ambienti dinamici e lavoro sotto pressione.
• Conoscenza fluent Italiane e inglese.
• ITIL o certificazioni di rete è un vantaggio.

Mansioni

• Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team tecnico per supportare i progetti.
• Consegna dei progetti ai clienti entro tempi e budget previsti.
• Fase post-vendita per servizi ICT e gestione dei clienti in caso di problemi.
• Report periodici sull'implementazione degli ordini per il management.
• Manutenzione regolare e ispezioni preventive delle apparecchiature onsite (router, switch, sistemi di trasmissione).
• Diagnose e risoluzione di problemi hardware/software nelle reti con uptime minimo.
• Collaborazione con enti interni e aziende CMI in Europa per attivazione e test ordini.
• Gestione professionale di progetti e aggiornamenti regolari al cliente sullo stato.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Technical Team, to support:

• Project delivery to customers, to guarantee deliver the projects in time and in budget
• Post-sales stage for ICT Service and manage the customers when service get issue
• Regular order implementation report for management review
• Perform regular maintenance and preventive inspections of onsite equipment, including but not limited to routers switches, and/or transmission systems etc.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in networks, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of faults.
• Work with various internal and CMI local companies in Europe Region for order activation and testing
• Professional project management and regular update to customer about project status

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors
• First experience in IT & Telecom service delivery
• Technical knowledge in IP network design and configuration, including routing and switching, WAN/LAN, WIFI, NAS, Firewall, Cloud ,Storage etc.
• Excellent teamwork skills, ability to work across virtual global teams, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent project management skills and communication skills
• Self-motived team player with quick adaptation to dynamic environment
• Fluent language skills in both Italian and English
• ITIL or CCIE certificate and related certificates in networking technology is an advantage
