NTT DATA in Modena, Italy, is seeking a motivated Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team, delivering a key service for a major international automotive client. The role involves local service delivery at the Italian site and collaboration with the global team to ensure continuous operation and high customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities include daily onsite service, changes, troubleshooting, reporting, and on-call support outside business hours.

Competenze

• 6–12 months of experience in service delivery.
• Fluent in Italian.
• Able to work in an international environment using English (spoken/written).

Mansioni

• Daily Onsite Service.
• Handle standard changes (AP, switch, etc.) and handover to Operations.
• Local troubleshooting and configuration.
• Break & fix support.
• Major change support.
• Local spare parts management.
• Performance testing and tuning support.
• Equipment configuration cleaning and hardening.
• Backup/DR testing support.
• Create and provide reports.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Central NOC.
