Excis Compliance is seeking an IT Support Specialist (L2) to join our Modena team for desktop and client services on a 100% on-site basis. This 12-month role offers 40 hours per week, immediately starting with onboarding in September.

You will provide second-level desktop support for a large global automotive client, troubleshoot issues, set up workstations, handle tickets, and assist with upgrades. Italian and English fluency (B2) and Italy work authorization are required.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in desktop support or an IT helpdesk (L1/L2)
• Good knowledge of Windows and common business applications
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Mansioni

• Provide second-level desktop support (remotely and on-site)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Windows, MS Office, printers, peripherals)
• Handle service tickets in accordance with SLAs
• Set up and configure workstations
• Support upgrades, patches, and infrastructure activities
• Document solutions and troubleshooting steps
• Escalate complex cases to third-level support
