Intelligenz IT is seeking an onsite IT support professional for a 1-year project in a manufacturing environment in Italy. The role requires strong troubleshooting across IT/OT systems, network infrastructure, and factory devices.
Native Italian with good English, minimum 3 years in service desk and onsite roles, and familiarity with ITIL processes and AD/Azure AD, plus experience with ServiceNow, Meraki and related tools is preferred.

- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT support/Service Desk roles.
- Native-level Italian and good English communication skills.
- Onsite work in a manufacturing/IT environment with strong troubleshooting abilities.
