TVS SCS RICO Italia seeks an experienced Engineer VR04 to deliver daily local and remote IT support, troubleshoot incidents, and document resolutions. The role covers Break & Fix, IMACD, and end-user assistance, coordinating with teams to ensure service continuity.

The candidate should have 18+ months in IT support, strong Windows/AD/VM capabilities, and fluent Italian and English for daily operations. Onsite work with potential remote tasks across Europe is expected.

Competenze

• 18+ months of IT sector experience on Windows platforms.
• Active Directory and virtualization experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Italian and English language knowledge for daily use.

Mansioni

• Provide daily local and remote IT support, log and track incidents in the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues and document steps taken.
• Facilitate resolution with supervisors to ensure consistency across shifts.
• Perform Break/Fix, IMACD requests and end-user support at the onsite location.
• Act as Hands and Feet support coordinating with resolver teams and third-party engineers.
• Work across IT infrastructure areas including server, network, and security as needed.
