AVASO Technology Solutions seeks an experienced Onsite Support Field Engineer in Bolzano, Italy. You will provide desktop support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and deploy OS and software updates for end users.

The role requires strong technical skills, customer focus, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. English and Italian fluency is expected, with opportunities to grow within a global IT services company.

Competenze

• 2 years of desktop support experience.
• Experience with Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Proficient in Active Directory and security concepts.
• Familiar with ITIL processes.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site and remote desktop support for users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Ensure deployment of operating systems, updates, and software packages.
• Work with IT team to resolve and elevate issues.
• Perform routine system audits and ensure security.
