Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Italy seeks an HR Business Partner to drive operational excellence and organizational health across assigned site(s). This role partners with field leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans and improve the employee experience onsite.

You will leverage data analytics, AI-enabled HR tools, and a strong people-first approach to strengthen culture, safety, inclusion, and performance across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Fluent Italian and English (C1+).
• Experience in human resources or related operations (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution).
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and manage employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms like Voice of the Associate, roundtables, and GEMBA walks.
• Execute engagement strategies and recognition programs with budget planning and activities.
• Build an inclusive environment with resource groups and fair talent practices; maintain floor presence across sites.
• Leverage data analytics and HR technology, AI, and self-service tools to drive decisions while delivering high-touch service.
• Coach leaders on people management, support change, and help translate initiatives into local routines.
