Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to lead People eXperience and Technology (PXT) at assigned site(s) across Lombardia.

You will partner with field leaders and general managers to shape organizational health, employee experience, and risk mitigation through strategic HR leadership and data-driven insights. You will work onsite at Amazon facilities, supporting multiple sites with mobility.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Knowledge of local labor law.
• Experience as a HR generalist.
• Experience with HR theory, functions, and practices.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office tools.
