Amazon Inc. in Italy seeks an HR Business Partner to drive operational excellence and organizational health at assigned site(s).

You will partner with field leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans, use data-driven decisions, and improve the employee experience through engagement, recognition, and environment standards. This role requires onsite work across regional campuses with mobility between locations.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree is required.
Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Italian.
Relevant HR experience or equivalent (operations, customer service, retail, distribution, etc.).
Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Mansioni

Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms like Voice of the Associate, roundtables, and GEMBA walks.
Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, including budget planning and employee appreciation activities.
Build an environment where employees feel safe and included, establishing Employee Resource Groups and ensuring equitable talent practices.
Maintain meaningful floor presence across the site, gathering insights and identifying early signs of disengagement.
