Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English (C1+).
• Relevant HR or operations experience.
• Ability to partner with business leaders.
• Experience with onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders via feedback mechanisms.
• Execute and monitor engagement strategies and recognition programs including budgeting.
• Build an inclusive environment with Employee Resource Groups and equitable talent practices.
• Maintain floor presence and gather insights to identify disengagement.
• Partner with site leaders to ensure safety programs and facility standards.
• Lead change and collaborate with Public Policy and Public Relations teams.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive HR solutions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools with high-touch service.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and talent development.
