Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is looking for an HR Business Partner to drive operational excellence and the employee experience at one or more sites in the region.

The role partners with field leaders and site leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans and data-driven decisions that improve engagement and culture. You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, supporting multiple sites within your region with regular mobility across locations.

Competenze

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
• Relevant experience within human resources or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Mansioni

• Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms like Voice of the Associate, roundtables, and GEMBA walks.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, including budget planning and employee appreciation activities.
• Build an environment where employees feel safe and included, establishing Employee Resource Groups and ensuring equitable talent practices.
• Maintain meaningful floor presence across the site, gathering insights and identifying early signs of disengagement.
