Amazon Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive operational excellence and organizational health across multiple sites, acting as a partner to Field Leaders and site leadership.

You will translate priorities into actionable plans, leverage data-driven decisions, and enhance the employee experience at the campus level. The role requires onsite work, mobility across locations within the region, and close collaboration with safety, public policy, and public relations teams to uphold Amazon

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Fluent English and Italian communication skills are essential.
• Experience in human resources or related fields is required.
• Experience supporting employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, talent management) is desirable.

Mansioni

• Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Build an inclusive environment with Employee Resource Groups and fair talent practices.
