Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. seeks a Senior HR Business Partner within its PXT organization to lead operational excellence and organizational health at assigned sites in Italy.

You will partner with Field Leaders and site leadership to shape strategy, improve the employee experience, and manage risk. You will work onsite at Amazon facilities with mobility across campuses in the region, contributing to safety, engagement, and culture initiatives while aligning with local labor laws and company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Knowledge of local labor law and HR practices.
• Experience as a human resource generalist and supporting hourly employee client group.

Responsabilités

• Foster two-way communication through Voice of the Associate programs and roundtables.
• Drive engagement strategies and recognition programs to boost satisfaction.
• Maintain an inclusive environment with Employee Resource Groups.
• Ensure safety and environment standards across site(s).
• Lead with data-driven insights to improve employee experience and performance.
