You will partner with field leaders, site leadership, and General Managers, driving engagement programs, ensuring safety standards, and leveraging analytics and HR technology to inform decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Knowledge of local labor law.
• Experience as an HR generalist.
• Experience with HR theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
• Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.

Aufgaben

• Partner with site leadership and GMs to drive operational excellence and organizational health.
• Lead data-driven HR initiatives and use analytics/AI tools to inform decisions.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition programs and inclusive culture.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Coach leaders on people management and change management.
