You will optimize listings, manage compliance with marketplace guidelines, and maintain account health. Ideal candidates have experience in regulated environments and are fluent in English. This is a six-month paid internship with strong potential for hiring based on performance.

Position

Online Marketplace Compliance Specialist Intern

What you will do

• Create, manage, and optimize listing : offers and requests
• Knowing and understanding Marketplace guidelines and policies.
• Stay up to date with the Marketplace news & policies, as well as forums and other media sources
• Manage case claims, follow up and achieve positive resolutions.
• Manage the account health compliance with order defect rate, compliance with product conditions and restrictions, trademarks and intellectual property.
• Report listing abuse of other sellers.

Requirements

• You studied in Business, Economics, International Management
• You have years of experience working in regulated environments or in areas with strict compliance measures
• You have relevant experience in regulatory compliance on eCommerce platforms or similar online marketplaces
• You are strong in communicating with clients and proven in relationship building & management as well as in negotiating
• You have a knowledge of registering trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• You can work under pressure while striving for the best results and achieving targets and deadlines
• You have a good knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar CRM software
• You are business fluent in English
