We are looking for an Online Marketing Coordinator I for an important international client. The ideal candidate is motivated, analytical, and results-oriented, responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Ads platforms. You will oversee the correct execution of campaigns, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximize ROI.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic digital media plans.
  • Configure campaigns (targeting, segments, inventory management).
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Create detailed reports and analyze data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and results.
Mandatory Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in campaign planning within media agencies.
  • Knowledge of programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk) and Amazon DSP.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Fluent English (business level) – C1.
Preferred Requirements
  • Knowledge of automated bidding strategies.
  • Project management skills.
  • German language (a plus).
Soft Skills
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, ability to work in a team.
  • Flexibility and results orientation.

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Contract: Fixed-term, 12 months

Work Mode: First month on-site, then hybrid (minimum 3 days in the office)
