NTT DATA in Rome is seeking a motivated Network Engineer for our Managed Services team, supporting a major automotive client. You will handle daily onsite service, engage with the local team, and ensure SLA adherence.

The role requires solid networking knowledge, language skills in Italian and English, and a willingness to be on-call. You will work within an international environment, collaborating with global colleagues to deliver continuous service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in Italian and able to work in English in an international environment.
• 1–2 years experience in service delivery or IT support.

Mansioni

• Daily onsite service and monitoring.
• Manage changes (AP, switch, etc.), configurations, and handovers to Operations.
• Local troubleshooting and incident resolution on site.
• On-call support outside business hours.
• Liaise with Central NOC for escalations.
