• Daily Onsite Service;
• Perform standard changes (AP, switch changes) and handover to operations.
• Local troubleshooting including configuration;
• Break & Fix support;
• Major Change support;
• Local spare parts management;
• Performance testing and tuning support;
• Equipment configuration cleaning and hardening;
• Backup/DR testing support;
• Reporting;
• Escalate unresolved issues to Central NOC.
