Innomotics is seeking a Sales professional to own the development of the Geared Motors business in Italy. The role covers Northern Italy, reporting to the Sales Manager and coordinating with agents, technical teams and end customers to convert needs into concrete solutions.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in commercial roles in the industrial sector, excellent communication skills, a hands-on attitude, fluency in English, and willingness to travel across Northern Italy.
